      Comprehensive training program, strong IT support at both local and corporate level, knowledgeable managers with strong communication and leadership skills, excellent adherence to work-life balance promise.

      Cons

      As a fairly new employee I have not found any downside to my remote part-time work.

      Cutting edge cloud accounting. Company uses standard procedures and provides excellent training and resources to streamline the process.

      Cons

      The automated process is only as good as the franchise owner's ability to implement and to document procedures and keep the client's information and accounts up-to-date. Be careful which franchise owner you work for.

      Learn self-care and new coping strategirs

      Cons

      Just about everything. Clients are difficult and rude because very few are satisfied. Owners are immature and erratic. Rules change too often. Cold, rude and childish management style. Not enough budgeted time to complete assignments. No benefits even when work nearly 40 hours regularly. 6 interviews, tests and certifications to even get hired. Training is scattered and rushed. Tools are archaic. Expectations are insane.
