Pros

Always busy, almost never idle.

Cons

This is almost 100% a call center role, unless you are moved to handling tickets. The call volume is ALWAYS high. The moment management sees there is a lot of avail time, they downsize, to make sure the staff are constantly working. It’s exhausting.

Cons

Worst shifts, every week one shift and every month team change where it was hard to be stable and adaptive for one team Forceful OTs Salary will come on time but not full amount
