      Pros

      Pay is industry standard. Bonuses are top of industry. 3-5% of NET project profit dependent on profit percentage. Company vehicle and/or gas card for PM level employees. Monthly gym reimbursement. Unlimited PTO for exempt employees

      Cons

      Zero employee training at all levels. Employees are put in position to "sink or swim". Mistakes or errors can result in immediate termination. "Boys club" at leadership level. No business plan for company future. Unlimited PTO but PTO is not encouraged.

      Total compensation package is more than industry normal. Bonus structure is job performance based, not total company performance based.

      Cons

      Work/work/work/life balance is what it is. Very little training and leadership resources. Field leadership has minimal experience.

      The pros for this company are the people that left this company to start their own.

      Cons

      The culture was awful!!! Once again the people that kept this culture afloat left. Please don't make the same mistake I did and work here because you will be made to do way more work that you anticipated and not get one ounce of appreciation for it. This company started being run into the ground when they were acquired by Loenbro another horrible company with the worst management I have ever experienced in my life.
