The PIC yells at everyone and thinks it’s perfectly normal If you ever have a problem they will blow it off. Harassment or not, they do not care. Definitely don’t pay enough, no work life balance If you don’t work past your scheduled time, you’ll get the cold shoulder. Not much room for growth Expensive insurance

Company hires new people with less experience and knowledge instead of promoting knowledgeable, hard-working, dedicated employees from within. There is a lot of favoritism. Company states there is an open door policy which is not true. If you state something that the supervisor doesn't like during an open door discussion, you can and will be written up. It has happened to more than one employee. There is also a lot of bullying that goes on. Management does nothing when it is brought to their attention. Possibly because some of the bullying is done management themselves. If you have a passion to serve and do a good job, look elsewhere. Your passion will be wasted and your good job will be overlooked, unless you are a personal friend of someone in management.
