Pros

Nice enough; benefits are "okay"; focus on safety is great

Cons

Ivory tower mentality; to many people with one job that would take any normal person with work ethics about 5 hours a week and then too many people with so many tasks that it would rival the work completed by a swarm of ants; Company was purchased last year and the new corporation hasn't even attempted to step in and help; poor training; small company thinking; poor facilities; aspestos in the buildings and poorly maintained everything; no employee engagement; low moral; uncertain of the future; no disapline; lots of favoritism; tight controls on the things that don't need it showing absolutely no trust and not enough controls in other areas that they are losing money; I could go on and on.

The people were nice. I can't come up with two words so I am writing to take up space.

Cons

This company is in transition and is poorly managed. This is to not a good place to be if you are looking for an opportunity to develop professionally.
