Cons
lack of timely back office support, misrepresentation of benefits, poor benefits package overall, no 401k match, poor communication, opaque processes. lack of diversity of leadership, payroll has been messed up many times for many individuals in my 8 months here.
The pay was decent but not enough to compensate for the daily harassment and belittlement by the Billing Department management.
Cons
No proper training to learn your job. You are expected to learn by reading other peoples notes. You are micromanaged to the point of harassment. Instead of support, you are belittled, put down by management if you make a mistake. Your told to ask questions, but when you do you are made fun of and accused of taking the easy way out. That's why the turnover is so great.
