Worst company to work for. Recently they stopped paying salary. All the recent 5* reviews are by the management.

They used to be good with immigration but all consultancies servicing Ford is equally good. No other pros.

Cons

All the recent reviews are by management and don't trust them and fall into their trap. You cannot contact anyone from the company after joining. They simply won't respond to emails or attend calls. Don't get deceived by sweet words of recruiters. No joke once you join Above all, they stop your salary immediately from the day you resign or if they know you are going to resign for no reason and demand you to pay $30K. My paycheck and few of others who resigned got $0 salary mentioning Office Supplies reimbursement and they never provided any office supplies to any of them. It's blunt cheating. CEO is rude and arrogant. He judge you by your family background and convince you in many things based on your gender status, income range, whether you stay in apartment or own house etc which is completely against employment law. I am 5 years experienced with them and very unfortunate to see then treat their employees like this. Stay away from them. Go with their competitors like fast switch, Tek systems etc. They are very decent and respect employers.

This response is 100% false and inaccurate. It appears that either a competitor or someone who's intent is to make false statements to intentionally slander STG's CEO and its management team. Glassdoor is a site that allows anyone to post information regardless of information is truthful or not. STG has 37+ years of revenue growth, 98% repeat business rate and average employee tenure of 7+ years. This is only achievable if STG retains its key employees that are the backbone for success. Culture is the most important differentiator at STG. Positive Culture leads to Positive Business Outcomes. We have referred this post to the local police and FBI authorities so that we can track the IP address to determine who is intentionally slandering people and our company.

I gave an interview for a technical Recruiter couple of months back , the interviewer CEO Anup is such a rude person as he made me so uncomfortable asking so much personal questions. Yet I got a job, and during the contract signing process he literally screamed at me for asking him whether I could take the contract to read it better before signing. He screamed in front of HR which was so insulting. I hate the way the company treat his consultants.

None. The company is the worst.

Cons

1. Give 2 weeks of PTO per year and does not disclose that Client has IT Shutdown every year for 2 weeks during Holiday season. You have to use your 2 PTO for the Client IT Shutdown. When i left the company stating the reason, the Recruiter tried to Justify it by saying she was new to the company and did not know the client shutdown. 2. Does not provide Experience letter even after serving Notice period. 3. They will withhold your last pay check and deduct money for your H1B and GC even if they didn't file anything. 4. After the interview, they will play the waiting game and low ball you with a lower salary saying the client is not ready to pay the salary.
