Cons
Not a lot of new business in the area and hard to find local qualified candidates. Not really a con, Columbia market has always been a tough market to attract viable candidates that would relocate to the area.
I honestly cannot say enough about working for/with this company. Over my many years as a Business Analyst I have worked for some not so 'wonderful' businesses. Systemtec has some of the best employees working for it. These people have become my friends over the (if you add them together) 7 years. They have empathy, they're helpful, kind, will work with you. They do their hardest to find you the best place given your skills and they continue to keep up with you making sure you are good, the job is going well, what can they do to help. I cannot say enough. I thank them all for making this experience really rewarding and wonderful!! And a big thank you to Steve and Paul for creating such a good cohesive team. If it wasn't for the fact that I was funded by a grant I would work for/with them until I retire!
