Pros

The company is truly a champion for diversity and inclusion, not just for namesake. Some of the tech stack can feel bit outdated and processes can feel bureaucratic, esp if you come in from the top 4 banks. However, colleagues and managers are super receptive to new ideas, and this gives ample opportunities to shine and make a visible impact. Most folks are quite generous with their time, and I've gotten to work with some brilliant folks. Work from home and flexible work hours are the norm in many teams, which is a welcome perk.

Cons

Sometimes processes can feel extremely slow.

Pros

Excellent work environment. Great benefits opportunity for advancement. Flexible workspace. Very positive attitude throughout the workplace. Training support available. Community support programs.

Cons

Don't really have anything negative to say about the organization. There has been a lot of change in the last year in the methodology and organization. But a lot of support is in place.

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling, since they are open 7 days a week. Very understanding as to what your career goal is. Paid Time Off, great benefits.

Cons

Too much customer driven, they will fire you or suspend you on the spot if you mess up, regardless of the circumstances of the situation. Customers, are like gods for them, even when they are wrong. they are right. Sales commission is the worst in the history of commission. Open seven days, which means you will be working a lot of weekends. Do not pay enough, ask for too much in return of paying you almost nothing. Pay for TD brand garbage, such as pens, lollipops, crayons, bubbles, coloring books, rather than increasing the employee pay.
