      Pros

      Good resume builder. Can credibly claim you teach at a top university! Which is obviously amazing. Helps frame you as an expert for future jobs.

      Cons

      It's a chop shop. They ultimately don't care if you're an amazing teacher. Doesn't matter how many positive student testimonials, ratings, you're a commodity. Only place I've ever worked that actually has tried to lower my salary multiple times.
