Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you appreciate the remote work, management, and work-life balance. We value your input and are always looking for ways to improve.
If your equipment breaks to no fault of your own, no matter how long it takes to receive your new equipment will not pay you at all. They send you defective equipment and you lose weeks of pay waiting. Team leads don’t care about your pay all they care about is micromanaging your work. They mess up your pay and you have the hardest time getting the money you’ve worked for. Horrible experience.

People are generally nice, from admin/security/facilities staff, to TA/HC, to the teams we work with.
Working remotely is an option.
Career growth is definitely possible, as management opts to promote from within the organization, at least in my department.
Cons
Incoherent and incohesive processes that people from upper level of management themselves do not follow. I understand there are always exemptions to the rule, but if EVERYTHING becomes an exemption, how do we expect our frontliners to work amidst the self-inflicted chaos?
