      There are opportunities for career grow within TTEC Digital for individuals who employ a team collaboration approach and self-starter innovators who aren't afraid to initiate and participate in continuous improvement in client and employee initiatives. For those who enjoy participating in these initiatives, the company has several avenues including employee resource groups, a transformation agenda and delivery program, and team-level priorities.

      Cons

      In a market experiencing dynamic changes, keeping up with the skills and certification demands can be challenging, but this is not unique to this company. Flexibility and willingness to adapt is a must.

      Lots of opportunities to grow and move up if you work hard and are ambitious. The people are wonderful and they have an amazing fun team. Benefits are going to change for the better this next year.

      Cons

      Major compression issues with leadership You could get a frontline position somewhere else for higher pay Management works long hours on salary so. I compensation for that
