You're given as much responsibility as you are able to handle. It's possible to advance to other roles. The Company listens to ideas for business lines. It's been around for 125 years, so it has staying power.

Cons

It's an industry with lots of competition so it's a demanding job.

Great coworkers! Easy hours! Family culture. Flexible hours. I have no more word to explain this company and I have to fill 20 minimum words.

Weak and uneducated upper management. The business plan is not clear and the market development strategies are based on no study.
