Pros

Autonomy and good work-life balance (but shouldn't every company have this?)

Cons

- Base pay is low compared to other companies in Columbus, but they'll claim they've done market research and it's comparable. It's not. - Bonus/commission is capped at 13%. - No more quarterly bonuses, incentives, or company parties. - No more Christmas bonuses - Lack of transparency when it comes to pay and bonuses. - Constant issues and errors when it comes to bonus reports and payouts (shady) - Company laid off half of their employees that worked onsite to give the positions to offshore people in the Philippines, india, and costa rica and pay them pennies comparably. - CEO and website boasts that what makes TM better than the competition is our "centralized recruiting hub " (meaning the employees working together onsite in Columbus)...but he off shored 30+ positions. - Required to work full-time in the office, even though half our co-workers are in other countries. - Culture, attitude, morale, and happiness dropped exponentially around fall of 2021, and continued to get worse since - Insane turnover rate. After over 5 years here, there are MAYBE 6-8 people left from when I started, not including exec. - CEO and VP constantly boast about how much money the company is making, but where is the money? They're not compensating employees well, not back filling people that quit or are fired, and laid off half the company.

Pros

Coworkers are also miserable so misery gets company

Cons

Oh I could write a book. Management sucks, the executive team has favorites and if you're not one of them, you're outta luck. They do have unlimited PTO...but you can never take it because everything is always on fire and when you find time, they can refuse it for any reason. CS does nothing but complain about everyone else. HR is a joke - do not make eye contact with any of them. They will 100% use anything and everything you tell them against you. Their recruiting structure is laughable. In short, don't expect to last more than 2 years, unless of course, you are a pushover that says yes to everything and don't question their ridiculous policies. During the Christmas party, the CEO said he doesn't want to be there anymore, that was a fun time. They keep firing people because they are slowly losing money which is odd because they always boast about how much more money we are making year after year but our salaries are low so where is the money going? Diversity and inclusion is nonexistent and don't you dare try to start it, it won't end well. Everyone is always nice at first, until you look closer and see they are all literally on the verge of tears. When you do get a raise, you are basically in their debt. Only place where getting a raise actually makes people nervous because it means you're being buttered up for a smack down. They show off free bagels and coffee like that's why people climb outta their beds in the morning. These people do not care about you and don't ever fool yourself into thinking they do. This company is ground zero for gaslighting, guilt tripping and destruction of mental states. Stay away

Pros

Everyone that is not in leadership roles.

Cons

Leadership / management The upper management will talk poorly of you and deny it. They will call you and hang up on you in the middle of a conversation. They have made me feel like I’m worthless and that I’m a moron. There’s consistently gaslighting behaviors that made me question my abilities. There’s no training. Your supervisor will be off at least once a week so you have to learn it on your own.
