      - People are collaborative, friendly and welcoming to new hires - Tech is interesting and there's lots of work to be done - Little to no politics. Approachable and available leadership.

      Cons

      - IPO is the big buzzword in the company, but the path to do so seems unclear. - Not a lot of things are written down. Tribal knowledge.

      Very interesting problem spaces to work on People are excited to share knowledge and help each other get better Unlimited PTO good equity Values customers Values good technology to support customers in the long term The work you do as an engineer IS what is being sold to the customer, which is awesome. Management focuses on what they are good at individually You’ll never know everything, so there is always more to learn about what Tanium does
