      Pros

      Very good at inside promotion, particularly in light of hiring freeze. Benefits are good but not spectacular. Target can be very good or very bad depending on how you fit into the corporate structure

      Cons

      Very disorganized internally with no clear vision as to where it's going and how it's going to get there. Poor communication between departments adds to the confusion as do regular management changes

      Pros

      Being a contractor, i am supposed to work at Target India,Office. I found it a great place to work. 1. Work life balance. 2. Free food and Cab. 3. No swipe in Swipe out. 4. Vibrant and dynamic organization.

      Cons

      1. Being a captive unit,you are restricted to work only in the retail domain. 2. GWS office is very far from Bangalore city. 3. Limited Technology exposure
