Pros

At some point in the future there will be an ETL / Inbound TL change.

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE - You have been warned In April 2023 a new ETL GM drastically changed the culture and vibe of this store from a good place to work into a MICROMANAGEMENT HELL. Many good team members and team leaders have been beaten down, their well being jeopardized by constant micromanagement and being told that your production is slow and not good enough. The Inbound TL is a disciple of the ETL GM. She manages with a condescending, demeaning, emasculating tone of voice and micromanages you until you question your own self worth. The Store Director seems to be semi-retired as she is in the store maybe a total of 2 weeks out of the month. This absence has allowed the ETL GM to take over the reign of the store and treat it like her own kingdom.
