      Pros

      The best reason to work for Tavant are very limited. The one reason would be it is small company, so you have visibility, but that doesn't help you in any positive way.

      Cons

      No leadership is left in the company, the goals of the company from establish a product has changed to a body shop model. Company has lost the key IP.

      One minded leadership team. Sale focus only. No care/time for employee development. Bonuses paid to India-based employees before US based.
