      Pros

      Good for fresh graduates. Join only if you have no where to go.[As an ELTP ] If you dont get projects here switch the company while on bench, the bond will not create any issue on leaving the company while on bench period.

      Cons

      98% of ELTP joiners get forcefully terminated saying we dont have projects. If you are an ELTP try to find projects ASAP , ask random employees about their team and hiring, Dont wait for HR team to get you a project. Always take Development projects avoid testing job. I wasted my 1.9 years on bench, with zero experience in any tech stack
