      Communication is lacking on several levels. Unclear processes and procedures. Some leaders only care about making a profit.

      Engaged leadership with active mentoring programs. Comparable (or better) salaries with the national labs. Adaptive business practices. Extensive roster of subject matter experts that are willing to share their knowledge.
