      My wife and I both work here as therapists and love it.

      Pros

      Telemynd has provided exactly what they say they do: great compensation (raised 3x since starting 5 months ago), more than enough clients to keep our calendar full, motivated clients, and a good online platform that is both (mostly) easy to use and clinically thorough. After a month, the pay is weekly and it's super straight-forward. They are very friendly and responsive. They even set up a program for clients that become suicidal which can really take a load off. My wife and I came from a brick and mortar agency, but now work totally from home and have doubled our income. We work less and have less stress.

      Cons

      I don't feel it's a con, but some might be turned off by working with primarily military families.

      Pros

      Remote work. Flexible hours. The company refers clients to therapist and there is always opportunity to increase caseloads. The company completes all billing.

      Cons

      Not paid for late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) or no shows. No health benefits. No free CEU's

      Pros

      I love working for Telemynd! The people are great and I am able to schedule my own appointments and see as many clients or as few as I wish. I am not stuck in an 8-6 setting seeing clients every hour and then working until late at night to get my notes done (sound familiar?). If you value your work/life balance and want to work for a company that truly appreciates your contribution to the mental health field, please consider Telemynd.

      Cons

      I have been with Telemynd since March 2021 and so far I have not experienced any cons.
