The background check was iffy. Don't give a two notice unless you they tell you you got it. They third part reaches out to you at their snail pace and if you are on prescription meds and HR doesn't explain this policy well. I would wait, especially if you have a family to feed for that two week notice. Also, I disagree with not carrying a spouse if they are offered medical insurance at their job. This is a healthcare company and we make you billions of dollars, take care of your employees. Also, they'll you know off the bat they are know their legal rights as a company several times in orientation.
