Pros

Flexible scheduling is great. Offices typically operate on their own standards in a day-to-day sense, not company-wide policies for dress or schedules. Partial 401k match with a good bank. It's a big company so you can always move offices to advance, so there's some benefit to that. Big company with a lot of long-standing relationships, typically TT offices are very stable.

Cons

Time off policy is garbage. You accrue PTO based on the billable hours to have at a set rate, so your timecard every week shows how many hours of PTO you have. However, TT actually stores your PTO in cash value, which changes the hours of vacation you have accrued. In other words, if you get a 10% raise, you will also lose 10% of the PTO you have accrued. They have also snuck in an additional "mandatory holiday" without increasing the PTO generation rate, so employees effectively lose a day of their vacation time. Often TT does not recognize or reward good work - there is no such thing as a retention budget. Not much stock is put in junior staff. Not much of a belief of overall wellness or work/life balance.

Pros

Marginalized BEWARE--DO NOT WORK HERE! Marginalized BEWARE--DO NOT WORK HERE! Marginalized BEWARE--DO NOT WORK HERE! Dark & Borderline Illegal: The Emergency Rental Assistance Program is a SCAM. You will be hired on a belief that the position will be turning permanent. We offered a shaky contract & high rate of pay but the turn over is even higher because the Metrics are unobtainable. Trust me, I was hired as a Project Manager & the things they would make you do was obscene. For starters the FIRING. In my position, I could make or break you! We would form an alliance with the Director and mistreat the minorities. We didn't trust the minorities so only the whites could work remote/from home. That way we could keep an eye on everyone else. To meet a budget & quota we hired Data Analyst & fired them within a month. When projects were failing which was frequently we would make the Quality team give us a list of Eligibility Specialist's feedback & use that as a performance review to get them fired. This way it would be hard to prove we were breaking any labor laws. Safety is not a priority especially in their other building located in Maitland, FL. The CDC should shut them down for allowing people to drink from the water fountain & forced to be in a room with 11 people with the door closed. If you get a cold they will send you home & force you to come back with a Doctor's note as a part of an unofficial COvid-19 protocol. The dress code is casual, yet they all look like BUMS, especially management. The training & start dates are dysfunctional. They give you one day to learn everything then let you make a fool out of yourself.

Cons

The skinny: Complain about abuse, mistreatment & racism: Fired. Sleep with the Project Managers: Promoted & work from home. Drink from the water fountain: Get Covid-19 Virus. Promised Overtime: There is none. Benefits: Barely none & cover nothing. Request time off: Fired.

Pros

Good benefits and reasonable pay.

Cons

Tetra tech does not care about their people and anyone below Vice President level is considered disposable. All that matters to them is their egos and the bottom line even if the project suffers and good people lose their jobs. They do not honor their employment agreement letters (not a contract) and utilize the "at will" clause in the law to fire and layoff employees. Bottom line is that upper management only cares about their bonuses and promotions. This is a terrible place to work.
