Pros

Very good working relationships with all levels of the organization. Very involved in the strategy and process of the business - had a voice.

Cons

Work/Life balance could get skewed at times - always worked 6 days per week, and often worked 7 days. More administrative work added every year...took focus away from the safety program management and the actual nuts & bolts of the business.

Pros

Great safety culture, and great corporate structure above tg plant level

Cons

Middle management is inept and doesn’t understand how unhappy the people really are. Employees are blamed for what’s wrong and then not given any credit for what goes well.
