      Stable company with growth potential but slow processes

      Pros

      Stable, growing with the increased defence spending. Large company, lots of options to move internally. Many people have long tenures (10+ years) which speaks well of it. It is really many companies under one umbrella. Culture, tooling, methods will vary greatly across different business units.

      Cons

      Slow and bureaucratic - changes are set across the entire multi-national company. Customized at the local level, but set from HQ. Tooling is a mix of internally developed tools, and large partnerships. Security is a key selling point, but slows everything down. Hard to share information, hard to connect services, etc. Very 'old school' in it's approach - waterfall methodogies.
