Pros

If hired, you will have a job.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for internally. The ownership is border line sexually harassing all of their employees They have a very specific type on those they hire which all happen to be young college grads of a similar type. Which also adds to why the have absolutely no diversity there. If you have any tone to your skin, you will be one of the only ones in that office that does. They are a revolving door. As soon as one gains enough experience to understand how the company operates, they leave. They don't pay commissions on time, and make it impossible for one to track the proper payment. They have a "boys club" and if you aren't a part of it, you cant get anything you want or deserve. They promised promotion after promotion and always had an excuse as to why it would happen the next time. Offer no bonuses the commission offered is 3-5% lower than the average staffing agency. they also hid the lower commission percentage in the fine print of the contract, and refused to change it for over a year. do yourself a favor, stay far far away from The Atlantic Group.

Pros

Iv been working for Atlantic Group for a little less then a year and its an alright job. They don't really offer any good incentives pay is alright. Management isn't so bad. As long as you work hard and really put in the time you can make decent money.

Cons

Their Training sucks they don't hold training sessions the way they say they do. you get paid on a draw so your really don't make a lot of money and you have to spit your commission with the recruiter that found the job so you really aren't making that much. The atmosphere is alright girls are cliquy and you can tell that management plays favorites.
