2022 has been an extreme year in our industry, with many of our clients under exceptional stress from commodity inflation and supply chain issues. In this environment it's taken some amazing efforts from our team to round out the year strongly with a bright 2023 in view. It's also been unsustainably intense! You will have been a huge part of our success, and I'm so grateful for everything you have done and given.
Because of what you and others have done, our team is well set up for 2023, with a company plan that retrenches our commitment to a sustainable work/life balance, and prioritizes common-sense constraints on all of our schedules.
