The Good Feet Store is an amazing company, that really cares for and values their employees. Senior leadership and the administrative team are always there to support the staff and provide us with all of the tools that are necessary to succeed. There is also great opportunity for growth within the company. I have been with the Good Feet Store for just 5 years, starting as a Sales Consultant and working my way up the chain to being the District Manager. Everyone that i work with are great and always willing to help where needed. Unlike some other companies, there are no office politics. I have been in sales for 15 years, in various industries and this is by far the most rewarding product i have ever sold. Another great thing is that we are open bankers hours, 10-6 m-f and 12-4 sun. Great. Base pay of 31K, with a wonderful commission and bonus structure, that gives you the opportunity to atleast double that, or more. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and i will be here for as long as im able to be.

One of the things I appreciate most is the strong opportunity for growth within the company, which has allowed me to develop both professionally and personally. My team and upper management are incredibly supportive, creating an environment where employees feel valued and motivated. The company genuinely cares about its staff and consistently checks in to ensure everyone is doing well. In addition, the compensation is good, and the training program is thorough and inclusive, making sure that no one feels left behind. Overall, it is a positive and encouraging workplace
