Pros

Fun atmosphere for the most part Coworkers are decent people

Cons

Company dislikes remote working; terrible COVID atmosphere Aren't progressive; thinks fun decor is enough Racism and elitism are EXTREMELY prevalent Family company, so gossip runs high Thinks they can put out a statement but not back it up with actions. Barely any minorities on staff - besides the India branch No minority leadership No women on leadership than legal or HR Shady business practices Not transparent with contractors Women aren't listened to Management has been there for 20 years so don't expect anything to change at this company or any of its locations "Men's Club" Working in the Healthcare division is the worst. BEWARE.

Pros

If there are any pros to this company and job they are: 1. Base salary 2. Drink on Fridays if you're into that type of thing during work 3. If your good, you aren't micromanaged and can basically work as hard as you want 4. Judge group has a decent reputation so it's a good stepping stone for a new job after you come to hating it 3 months in

Cons

1. As the other review said, many fake reviews are written to keep the ratings up 2. Poor executive level management. CEO is a consistently drunk 3. High school work environment and social structure 4. Long hours, 7:30 am to 6 pm on Mondays and Tuesday's with no overtime pay AND they still expect you to work late or make calls and check emails even after your long day 5. Senior leadership is also very poor in the Healthcare division. 6. Your just another number, you stop performing or leave? So what, they will just replace you with someone else off the street who has no education and wants to get paid 32K to be back in high school basically 7. Management style : fear 8. From what I can see and heard, even if you are promoted into sales or management, it's not worth it cause you barely make any more money and work longer and have more responsibilities 9. The president of healthcare only wants people to work on his accounts so he makes more money, like he needs it

Pros

Got me a Contract with a decent rate.

Cons

The judge group is filled with unprofessional recruiters who stick you in a contract and basically forget about you. When something challenging comes up they wont lift a finger to help you and run and hide (don't answer calls, emails and or texts). The have a very weak and unprofessional payroll group and cant figure out how to do their payroll efficiently or integrate with the client companies payroll systems. You get scary emails threatening to not pay you if your ever late with our payroll sheet. These are cryptic and from a different payroll rep each time it happens. They are one of the worst I have worked with in my long history of contracting.
