      Pros

      I've been working professionally for over 15 years, and I've never worked at a company like this. Everybody who works here is warm and welcoming, and I felt like a part of the team from day 1.

      Cons

      You can't enroll in the 401k until after one year, but the other benefits outweigh any con from that.

      Pros

      The Training in FL that you are sent to is informative and can be fun. It also allows you to connect with other leaders.

      Cons

      Low Pay Long hours, even when families don't use 12 hours, you must be open 12 hours. Not enough support from Corporate HR Condescending corporate partners in Curriculum No opportunities to connect with other leaders. No mentorship. No support from franchise or corporate when you have a question about their systems.

      There are none this place sucks.

      Cons

      This is the most unprofessional place I've ever worked at. The owner are crooked they don't care about staff or the children. very disorganised there is no director. under staffed over ratio its a crazy house.
