Fast-Growing publishing company with flexible hours. N2 offers employees a chance to be work with communities around the country, sharing special stories while also being able to improve their own professional story. Though the work is remote, the vibe is very collaborative with a big focus on work/life balance.

Cons

The compensation isn't the best, but the benefits are very good so that balances it out a bit. If you aren't built for remote work, the workload will feel overwhelming, so be sure you have the discipline to make it work!

N2 has an awesome company culture! I was hired here out of college after interning and it's been an awesome place to grow as a young professional and learn from awesome leaders and coworkers. The company does a great job of uplifting team members and giving them responsibility so that they can advance in their career.

Cons

Remote can be tough but N2 has a lot of awesome initiatives to help people feel connected!
