Pros
I tried my best, but really cannot think of any pro's
Cons
The interview is a complete joke. It's a mass interview in a room full of other applicants. It's doesn't matter if you have a Bachelors Degree and several years of experience like myself, or no degree at all, they will put you in a 30 day position with no benefits and $8/hr. They advertise $10-12/hr and full-time positions, but will never pay that even if you get hired after working 30 days and were promised the raise and benefits. They cut your hours to avoid benefits and keep telling you to wait a little longer for your raise that never comes. If you call in sick just 1 time, they put you on hold and don't ever come back to the phone, then fire you for no-call no-show. They also expect you to work the entire day, but clock out periodically and continue working while clocked out to keep your hours low enough to avoid benefits. In HR we are actually instructed to suspend employees that have done nothing wrong, but are nearing time for their benefits to start up. Do yourself a favor, don't even waste your time trying to work here. It will only damage your self worth and make you more willing to let people walk all over you. If you have just a little experience, in today's market there is no reason you should accept less than $10/hr. And if you have a degree you should expect 15 and accept no less than 12. Just keep looking because you will find that job that will pay you right and treat you right.
