Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Primary Health Network has gone above and beyond in providing safe and effective care for both our patients and staff. We continue to follow and rigorously adhere to the guidance and regulations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as our local health authorities. In accordance with the recent federal order and the recommendations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Primary Health Network has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard the health of our employees and their families, our patients and visitors, and the community at large from infectious diseases, like COVID-19, that may be prevented by vaccinations. Therefore, Primary Health Network will require employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 4, 2022.
Primary Health Network believes in the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines, but more importantly, we believe in our employees. It is because of their dedication and incredible courage that I'm confident we will rise to the occasion once again. If you would like to speak more directly on this matter, I can be reached at tadamson@primary-health.net.
