      Workload Stress Unhealthy work culture Bad management and managers expect a few A big turn over Too many bugs They really have a hard time to recruit You get called in slack all the time If you want to work everyday even during the weekend come work here. If you want to work until midnight come work here.

      You can strongly connect with the team by sharing the pain of the management.

      Cons

      As said, it's a one-time opportunity. Mostly because you will only have the opportunity to be in the position they hired you for. Don't wish for more when you're within, unless you're external there's no way you will be able to move.
