- Great money for an entry level role

Cons

- Extremely high employee churn rate - Targets are unachievable for many and not discussed until on desk - A bad manager can lead to a very stressful work environment - A LOT of micromanaging - Training sessions are unrelated to the actual job - Very long work hours, often leaving the office at 7 pm - Unless you love cold outreach, this role will be soul draining
