      Good for expirence and work life balance.

      Cons

      Taking time off can be difficult to schedule. Overtime is very strict.2/3 shifts are 1 person shift.

      Don't plan to stay long term

      Pros

      Great colleagues. Investments have been made in the data centers to keep them certified.

      Cons

      CEO is out of touch with what is truly going on at the data center level. Management takes time off at will but want employees to find their own replacements when we want to take our PTO. Raises are nonexistent or pitiful. Layoffs + turnover leaves us exhausted. This isn't the company you'll want to work for long term.
