Pros

The job can be fun if you like to be busy.

Cons

One of the area managers is terrible. She belittles staff, doesn't communicate, doesn't work with you, help, or simply say thank you....

Pros

Flexible, tips, free food/drinks, nice regulars, fun staff

Cons

Toxic management, Extremely unprofessional, no consequences for actions, everything is broken all the time, everyone smokes weed/takes multiple smoke breaks, massive turnover rate, manager hated confrontation, never was properly trained, extremely dirty workplace, no-call-no-shows happens on daily basis (even from management) with zero consequence. scheduling is sent out 1-2 days notice max.

Pros

Decent training, nice co-workers. Stores are clean.

Cons

They expect you to learn A LOT for a min wage job. Especially when compared to dollar tree or Wilson farms. Management seems to think yelling and nit-picking is their primary job. One manager I had made a habit of trimming an hour or two off each employees paycheck each week. Since most employees were teenagers, many didn't notice the missing hours. Those who did had to argue with management to receive their missing time. Every. Single. Week.
