Food and Beverage manager is inexperienced, clueless and a drama queen causing issues in the department consistently. Food and Beverage manager consistently puts schedules out a day before you would be scheduled. Dont expect notice! This is just a glimpse into the communication you should expect from the F&B department and from Timber Ridge as a whole.
