Pros

Fun environment, you get to listen to music and hang out with guests while you're working.

Cons

At first they gave us a free meal (up to $10) per shift and then took that away, now we can buy our own food at 50% off during our nonexistent breaks. "Food is 90% scratch!" um LIES, maybe at the beginning but then we downgraded our food A LOT, our new turkey patty tastes like frozen dog food. We went from baking fresh bread every morning to just buying stale bread. Raised our tip outs. Working here is like attending high school all over again. LONG shifts, NO cuts. You can make $12 during a 9 hour shift and the managers don't care. We work TOO hard for not enough money honestly. Managers and office associates are always in a bad mood and mouth off. High turn over rate.

Pros

Fun, energetic environment. Solid leasership, fairly easy sale.

Cons

Extremely corporate, you're a number, not an asset as far as home office is concerned. Too much red tape along with policies and procedures mandated by home office. For such a sizable enterprise, it's amazing how often they botch payroll.

Pros

They hire some really unique people. I worked there almost 3 years and when I left, the only thing I really missed was my coworkers.

Cons

Since they are such a unique company who is growing at a crazy rate, they are making up their rules and standards as they go. Their hiring method of "outgoing personalities over experience/ability" leaves us with leadership who don't really have the most qualified experience to make the best decisions. Although they are a golfing/sports facility, they focus on their restaurant aspects in the wrong way.
