      Toptal is perfect platform for finding good customers and interesting projects. Toptal takes care of finding clients and the process of ensuring payment.

      Pros

      I joined Toptal 6 months back as full stack developer. I am amazed with the platform, workflow, algorithms used to manage projects and talent. Continuous feedback process keeps both the parties engaged and reinforced to achieve respective goals. One of the efficient marketplace for the freelancers and clients both.

      So far I don’t see any.
