Pros

Great for independent workers. Management trusts team to get work done. Laid back environment. Exciting and fast paced work at times. You don't take work home with you. It's a safe job in the broadcasting industry, mass layoffs are few and far in between.

Cons

There is little room for growth. There are very few management positions and there are not any programs in place to train for management. They want employees to stay in their current roles. Pay isn't great, most of us live paycheck to paycheck.

The pandemic sent everyone home to work and there was no longer a true sense of connectivity.
