      Pros

      - Flexible working hours. - That's about it.

      Cons

      - Minuscule pay based on tasks completed rather than hours worked. - No face-to-face or zoom meetings with superiors, all communication comes through email. - Fail to meet targets, and you'll be suspended from your work account with little to no warning.
