Pros

It starts with leadership. Jim Peck believes in the company, inspires employees, and lays out his vision with a rare combination of confidence, authenticity and approachability. My experience has been great. The organization and my team treats me like an adult. High standards and goals are set, but I'm trusted to find the best way I can to deliver on them. My team is collaborative, friendly, fair and very results-driven. Because of that, an upgraded facility (which includes standing desks, a gym and a great common area) and the many great people I meet who work in other departments, I really enjoy coming into work. Work-life balance, which can be a loaded term, is actually supported here with great benefits, flexible hours, and generous paid time off. It's a culture that expects a lot from its employees, but realizes they do their best work when they know they can focus on work without feeling like they're neglecting everything else.

Cons

Not many, right now. As with any larger, growing company, complexities are such that sometimes processes hit snags.

Pros

Interesting work, company mission, generally great people (VP below) to work with.

Cons

Solutions and Technology are an absolute hot mess. The SVP+ groups in The Solutions organization has lost their way. Because leadership is not bold or courageous enough to stop duplicative products, coupled with long time to market due to outdated engineering stacks / architecture mess, the new technology leader is seizing solutions responsibilities like an invasion into eastern block country. Solutions is caught flat footed and without a backbone to stop or slow the landgrab. Technology is taking over prioritization, compliance processes, making organizational changes without informing Solutions/business areas it impacts and shifting the culture from collaboration to a dictatorship. It’s a confusing and messy place to work if you are in Solutions. If you are in technology you will be offshored or if you are onshore, will be worked to the bone because the tornado storm in engineering who say they have a plan but they really don’t if you look under the hood. Technology has 100s of resources but you can’t real accounting of what teams are doing what work.

Pros

I recently left an overall positive review though I noted some issues with the company. The pros still stand, but other issues have arisen. I think the pay is decent, they have great benefits, the culture is mostly okay and working her has been very flexible.

Cons

The process of forcing people back into the office has been frankly bizarre and incredibly opaque. They made decisions without talking to anyone, refuse to answer questions on the reasoning, didn't advertise the appeal process and I haven't heard of a single person who has had a successful appeal. Blatant refusal to answer questions requesting what they need to successfully appeal being forced into an office. As a result, I can't come to any other conclusion than the company is going about this in bad faith, doesn't have any intention of being flexible on return to office, and deeply do not care about their employees' feelings or the problems this will cause for a lot of people. I, along with several others, will likely be leaving the company over this matter.
