      Wrapping up my first year in the program and it's been great.

      Pros

      Getting a lot of support from fellow Developers in my team. My boss read my goals and noticed I wanted to code more so she found me a position on another team to level up my coding skills.

      Cons

      So far, the only con is that I miss my original team, but that's just me.
