Chaos everyday

Pros

Flexible time off and work from home

Cons

Constant state of disorder and chaos. The company cannot figure out where it's priorities lie. It is loosing a lot of talent because of the indecisiveness and lack of focus. There is a great divide between the Indian offshore development team and the DFW teams.

Great team, bad leadership

Pros

Worked with an incredible group of like-minded people who always did their best for the company. Company provides great benefits, ample time off for work/life balance and good communication.

Cons

Sheltered from parent company and very little room for growth. Bad leadership resulted in loss of status in the marketplace and millions (if not billions) in lost revenue. Didn't have the ability to innovate fast enough and keep up with new technology.
