- STAY if you want to stay in Servicing field forever - STAY if you want stable, easy & low-salary job.

Cons

- Low Salary -Don't fall for its title. Trimont is nothing related to Finance and accounting - Only data inputting and checking up tasks that everyone could do without a Bachelor's degree - No future growth - Trimont tries to micromanage everything of employees when they do not have any complicated task. Just purely checking clients' receipts and follow ups.

Cons

Completely dysfunctional management structure. Not given the tools to deliver on the core services sold to clients. Whole departments simply don't deliver on their responsibilities due to massive across the board attrition due to terrible treatment of employees and compensation.

- Good benefits - Hybrid work days

Cons

- No work/life balance - Most days you are working 12 hour days. People get excited for an early day. This usually means being able to log off at 6:30/7pm. - Disconnect between Management and Analysts - High turnover. People are in and out of the Treasury department. I was only there for a month before leaving ( that should tell you how bad it is) - All employees bash the company and job. There is never anything positive to say.
