      Poor Management (especially the CFO!)

      Pros

      NONE - management at this organization (Trinity Logistics specifically, not its parent company of Burris Logistics) thinks they are kings & queens of the corporate world. Typical big fish, small pond mentality, as they think that their “power” in their little corner of Delaware applies to the entire country & world. Typical favoritism, management blame due to their lack of knowledge/experience, etc.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! Management is poor. The CFO is honestly a pretty terrible person (even though as a pastor, which is odd in itself for a CFO, claims to care). Management all around is terrible…they base employment & advancement in the organization built on who you know & are friends with, not what you know (this culture was poorly built by the former owners of the company, so I guess the current state is better than when they owned it. Performance expectations are high, but accountability only applies if you are not in the inner circle. Finally, they rely on drivers to generate income (since they are brokers) but they do not care about them at all…horrible organization & management!

      Worse than High School

      Pros

      If you enjoy public humiliation, being discriminated against, leadership having 0 accountability and a select few people acting as if they are better than everyone else and management supporting those actions this is the place for you.

      Cons

      More than can fit in review. Can't trust a word out of managements mouth, discrimination and retaliation towards anyone who won't bend the knee to leadership, accounts moving around based on favorites, leadership intentially providing poor advice for certain individuals to make sure they stay below others in office.

      Can’t think of a single pro for this office

      Cons

      Horrible work environment. The man who was running this office is sexist, racist, and will fire anyone that doesn’t agree with him. Turnover rate is at an all time high because this company does not evaluate management properly. Constant political discussions and public ridicule in office meetings. Constant sex jokes and harassment toward women. Very sexist workplace. Overall, I would not recommend working here to anyone.
