Pros

Benefits, Reasonable Pay, Retirement Programs

Cons

Lack of strategy and vision. Since the merger of SunTrust and BB&T, the lack of an enterprise strategy has led to mass layoffs, selling the company's most profitable assets, constant reorganization and regular attrition (including Senior Management). The C-Suite continues to change direction without clear communication. It is an environment of constant disruption and chaos.

Terrible leadership

Pros

Pay is ok, benefits are not bad and can buy extra PTO.

Cons

bad leadership, 4 days in office with strangers, inconsistent application of who goes to the office. Management is a bunch of gaslighting liars.
