I don't think it's a con for me but you always have a lot of tasks to do so it never feels like you are "free of tasks" and for me it's a good thing but some people are complaining about that

- Poor Management - Poor hiring bar. A lot of incompetent people all around. - C-suite seems more interested in an exit than to actually organically grow and make the product better/ Lack of focus
