Really talented people are shown the door while totally incompetent lifers remain in leadership positions. There is a toxic culture at this company, created by tolerating negligence, stupidity and complacency among employees in management positions. There’s also a collection of individual contributors stuck in neutral, running as fast as they can while getting nowhere. This place is an embarrassing dysfunctional mess from top to bottom!

If you don't negotiate an extremely competitive salary when you start with Tyler - don't rely on any type of reward based salary increase. 3% is the standard every year, no matter the performance evaluation. Also - they tend to restructure the bonus "incentive" plan every 3 years so that it's more and more difficult to reach the upper tiers. There is not an advantage to being more experienced, ALL consultants get the same plan, whether 3 months into the game, or 15 years into it. No rewards for longevity at this company.
